The 40 Day Health Challenge - Register Now

We are thrilled to bring you "The 40-Day Health Challenge" in conjunction with The Irish Sun.  Ireland's Classic Hits Radio will be working with Personal Trainer Karl Henry, Dietician Sophie Pratt, GP Dr.Sumi Dunne and Clinical Psychologist Dr.Eddie Murphy this January. 

The idea is to get you eating better, moving more and focusing on your mental health.  We are looking for people from Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Clare, Galway and their surrounding areas to take part as the challengers in the series which will be streamed weekly online.
