The former GMTV presenter Fiona Phillips has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease at the young age of 61 after thinking her confusion and forgetfulness was just menopausal brain fog.

Dr.Laura O'Philpin is Research and Policy Manager at the Alzheimer Society of Ireland and explains the steps we should all take to try and prevent this disease
